  • If the booking is canceled less than 30 days before the service start date, the company will retain 100% of the paid amount as compensation for preparation and administrative costs.
  • Vehicles can be booked without prepayment; full payment is due upon pickup.
  • Refunds are processed within 30 days via the original payment method.
